Routes fill up before the first snowfall — seasonal contracts are capped per neighbourhood so we can keep every driveway on time. Lawn-only seasons and one-time cleanups are also available; just ask in the quote form.

Seasonal contracts trigger at about 5 cm of accumulation. During a storm we run routes continuously, and most driveways are cleared before the morning commute and again after the city plow passes.
Yes — end-of-driveway windrow clearing is included on seasonal and year-round plans, and on per-visit calls when you book it.
Absolutely. Lawn-only, cleanup-only and one-time jobs are all available. The year-round plan is simply the best value if you need both.
Seasonal plans can be paid in full or split into instalments. Per-visit and one-time work is invoiced after the job. We accept e-transfer and major cards.
Yes — we're licensed and insured for residential and commercial properties, including overnight clearing so lots are ready before you open.
